This page explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the jfun.it website and of people who write to us through the contact form, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process
Browsing data. When you visit the website, the server records the usual technical logs, such as your IP address.
Contact form data. If you write to us through the form, we process the data you enter:
- reason for your request;
- name and company;
- email address;
- phone number, if you choose to give it;
- message.
Please do not include health data or other special categories of data in your message, or data about other people that your request does not need.

Where necessary, we may also use the data to comply with legal obligations or requests from public authorities (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and to protect our rights in the event of a dispute (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form data is not used for marketing. We do not sign you up to any newsletter or send you promotional messages on the basis of the form.
The website does not create accounts and does not use profiling tools. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
Do you have to give us your data?
Giving us your form data is your choice. Your name, email address and message are required: without them we cannot reply and the form will not be sent. Your phone number is optional.
The “I have read the privacy notice” box confirms that you have read this page. It is not a request for consent.
Browsing data is recorded automatically for the website to work.
Who can see the data
Contact form messages reach us by email at segreteria@jfun.it. The data may be processed by:
- staff and collaborators of Just For Fun S.r.l. authorised to handle requests;
- the website hosting provider (OVH);
- the email service provider (Microsoft, through Microsoft 365);
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted by OVH in a data centre in Gravelines, France. Email is stored by Microsoft in the European Union and EFTA countries.
Microsoft may also process some email service data in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Microsoft Corporation participates, and on the standard contractual clauses included in Microsoft’s terms. You can ask for information about these safeguards by writing to segreteria@jfun.it.
How long we keep the data

If your request leads to a contract, the data needed for it follows the retention periods of that relationship and of our legal obligations. In the event of a dispute, we may keep the necessary data until it is resolved.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you can also ask for portability of the data you have given us (Articles 15 to 20 GDPR).
You can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR).
To exercise your rights, write to segreteria@jfun.it or to our certified email address justforfunsrl@legalmail.it. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your data is being processed in breach of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
